I am a passionate teacher with five years of experience working with lower primary school grades. I enjoy teaching and assisting students to achieve their academic goals. Phonics is my favorite subject to teach and tutor because I feel that it is an important element in learning how to read. With proper knowledge in phonics and reading, students are better equipped in many other subjects at school. I am interested in tutoring a variety of subjects related to English and math for first, second, and third grade. I have attended Drake University and the University of Saint Mary.
